Delivery Times
All orders are shipped from our warehouses worldwide depending on the proximity of your shipping address and our availability. This allows us to get your items out to you faster but may take up to 14 days.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an Order Tracking Number (OTN) via email or text message. You can use the number to track the status of your shipment. Cancellation
Charlie&Buddy accepts order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Undamaged products may be returned for refund for any reason within 30 days after the receipt of the product.
