Delivery Times

All orders are shipped from our warehouses worldwide depending on the proximity of your shipping address and our availability. This allows us to get your items out to you faster but may take up to 14 days. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an Order Tracking Number (OTN) via email or text message. You can use the number to track the status of your shipment. If you haven't received your OTN in 5 business days, please contact us at support@charlie-buddy.com and we’ll respond as early as possible.

Cancellation

Charlie&Buddy accepts order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason

Undamaged products may be returned for refund for any reason within 30 days after the receipt of the product. 

● Returns must include all accessories

● Items must include original packaging

● For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs

● For non-quality related warranty claims, Charlie&Buddy refunds the cost of the product itself

● Returns may be rejected if product does not meet the above requirements

It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window. Charlie&Buddy reserves the right of final interpretation whether the product is damaged.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@charlie-buddy.com.
